Establishing the equivalence, for the purpose of facilitating the right of free movement within the Union, of COVID-19 certificates issued by Andorra to the certificates issued in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2021/953 of the European Parliament and of the Council (Text with EEA relevance)

Article 1

COVID-19 vaccination, test and recovery certificates issued by Andorra in accordance with the Andorra Health QR Server Module system shall, for the purpose of facilitating the right of free movement within the Union, be treated as equivalent to those issued in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2021/953.
