UNIVERSAL REGISTRATION DOCUMENT
SECTION 1INFORMATION TO BE DISCLOSED ABOUT THE ISSUER
Item 1.1The issuer shall disclose information in accordance with the disclosure requirements for the registration document for equity securities laid down in Annex 1.
Item 1.2

When the universal registration document is approved, item 1.5 of Annex 1 shall be supplemented with a statement that the universal registration document may be used for the purposes of an offer to the public of securities or admission of securities to trading on a regulated market if completed by amendments, if applicable, and a securities note and summary approved in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/1129.

When the universal registration document is filed and published without prior approval, item 1.5 of Annex 1 shall be replaced with a statement that:

  1. the universal registration document has been filed with the [name of the competent authority] as competent authority under Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 without prior approval pursuant to Article 9 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129;
  2. the universal registration document may be used for the purposes of an offer to the public of securities or admission of securities to trading on a regulated market if approved by the [insert name of competent authority] together with any amendments, if applicable, and a securities note and summary approved in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/1129.
