Article 14 — Prohibition of insider dealing and of unlawful disclosure of inside information

A person shall not:

1. engage or attempt to engage in insider dealing;
2. recommend that another person engage in insider dealing or induce another person to engage in insider dealing; or
3. unlawfully disclose inside information.
